I had a very good stay at this hotel. The staff were friendly and attentive, making me feel welcome from the moment I arrived. The location was perfect, very close to everything I wanted to explore in the area. Additionally, the rooms were clean and comfortable, with concrete walls that provided a sense of privacy and peace.

No improvements needed, everything was great.

Location excellent for a stroll to the beach or the old town. Staff friendly and helpfull. Fast WiFi in the restaurant and foyer. Reasonable bar prices.

Nice hotel in centrum Caorle on walking distance of the beach. Our room was very basic (but we new that in front, so no problem). Little bit noisy in the evening and at night by young people coming in. Mr. Antonella is the perfect host and a very nice guy who does everything in his power to make your stay as perfect as possible, so he deserves a 10 for effort.

This accommodation features a great location a stone's throw away from the beach and within walking distance of the town center. the rooms are cozy and some have lovely views. Guests enjoyed a complimentary breakfast with a variety of options to choose from. the hosts were pleasant and accommodating.

One of the downsides is that the property lacks air conditioning, which can be uncomfortable during hot weather.

Parking. Cars block eachother, not enough parking places. But its usual in italy I think...

The hotel's location is excellent. It is just a short walk from the beach and numerous restaurants. The parking facility provided by the hotel is especially useful. The breakfast was delicious, with a wide variety of fruits and pastries available. The staff were incredibly friendly and welcoming.

On our recent stay, we were pleased with the complimentary drinks on arrival and the friendly attitude of the staff. The breakfast selection was varied and delicious, with options such as fresh fruit and pastries. Additionally, the hotel's location was ideal for easy access to local shops and restaurants.

Despite the positives, we found the rooms to be quite small and the lack of air conditioning made it difficult to sleep comfortably. The noise of the nearby road was also occasionally disruptive. However, we understand that the hotel is currently in the process of installing air conditioning in all rooms.

The staff was very friendly and attentive. The room was well-equipped with a TV and a fridge, and the air conditioning worked great. The hotel had a nice bar and terrace area where you could enjoy take-away food.

The parking was a bit tight, but this seems to be a common issue in the area. The room was a bit small, but still comfortable.
